How Rushmore airport pickup works
Rushmore does not operate a counter inside the terminal. After passport control and luggage collection, contact our team using the confirmed phone or WhatsApp details. We coordinate collection from Departures Gate 5 on the second floor and transfer you to our nearby office, approximately one kilometre—or about five minutes—from the terminal.
Complete online check-in after confirmation
After your booking is confirmed in writing, Rushmore will send you a secure online check-in link. The form takes approximately two minutes and requests the information needed to prepare your rental agreement and vehicle handover, including passport and driving licence details, flight and arrival information, WhatsApp number, and any child-seat or additional-driver request. If your flight changes, please update our team as early as possible.
Documents, payment and deposit
Prepare a valid passport and driving licence. Additional licence requirements depend on the issuing country and rental conditions. The confirmation should state the rate, insurance option, applicable excess, deposit amount, payment method and any delivery or additional-driver charge. Review these details before accepting the rental.
Choose the car for the full itinerary
A compact car may suit Amman and shorter paved routes. Families, business travellers and guests carrying more luggage may prefer a sedan, crossover, SUV or van. A 4WD is not permission to drive off-road: rental insurance does not cover unpaved or desert driving, including unauthorised driving in Wadi Rum.
Returning for your departure
Allow enough time for fuel, traffic, vehicle inspection and the transfer to the terminal. Return the car to the confirmed Rushmore office location. After the agreed inspection and handover, the team coordinates your short transfer to Queen Alia International Airport.
