1. Who we are
This website is operated by Rushmore Transportation & Logistics Services, a Jordan-based provider of vehicle rental, transportation, logistics and operational-support services (“Rushmore”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
2. Acceptance and permitted use
By accessing the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer. You may use the website only for lawful, genuine enquiries. You must not interfere with security, submit false details, impersonate another person, scrape content, distribute malware or use the forms for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
3. Requests, availability and confirmation
Search results, vehicle categories, illustrations and website content are informational. A submitted request records preferences only. Vehicle model, category, rate, taxes, insurance, deposit, driver eligibility, delivery, mileage, fuel, additional services and availability remain subject to Rushmore’s written confirmation. A comparable vehicle may be proposed. Rushmore may accept, decline, suspend or request additional information for any enquiry where permitted by law.
4. Separate rental or service agreement
The final signed rental agreement, quotation, purchase order or service contract controls the actual service. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that transaction. The renter and any additional driver must meet the identity, licence, age, payment and eligibility conditions stated in the written confirmation and rental agreement.
5. Prices, deposits, payments and refunds
Displayed or discussed prices are indicative and are not binding until confirmed in writing. The website currently shows vehicle-specific indicative security-deposit ranges between JOD 100 and JOD 1,500. The exact amount may vary with the confirmed vehicle, coverage, rental period, driver details and agreement. Payment methods and release timing depend on the confirmed rental and payment processor. Rushmore is not responsible for bank or card-processor settlement times. American Express is not accepted.
6. Protection options, vehicle use, damage and incidents
Standard Coverage, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) may be offered as rental-specific protection or damage-waiver options. They are not blanket insurance and do not remove every liability. Availability, price, excess or deductible, exclusions, eligible drivers and the precise protection provided are governed only by Rushmore’s written confirmation and the signed rental agreement. The renter must use the vehicle lawfully, protect keys and documents, follow the rental agreement, keep the vehicle on authorised paved roads and contact Rushmore immediately after any accident, damage, theft, warning light or breakdown. A police report is required for damage or an accident. Off-road, desert, racing, unauthorised towing, illegal, reckless or prohibited use may invalidate coverage and make the renter responsible for resulting loss, damage, recovery, downtime, fines, deductibles and charges to the extent allowed by law and the signed agreement.
7. Custom trips and third-party services
Suggested routes are planning ideas, not packages or guaranteed itineraries. Attractions, guides, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, payment processors, maps and other third parties operate under their own terms. Rushmore is not responsible for a third party’s acts, cancellations, schedules, prices, access rules or content, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Intellectual property
The Rushmore name, website design, copy, graphics, original media and compilation are owned by or licensed to Rushmore and may not be copied, republished, sold, altered or used commercially without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.
9. Website availability and security
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or malware-free operation. You are responsible for your device, internet connection and independent records of information submitted.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rushmore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising only from website use, reliance on general travel content, unavailable third-party systems or an unconfirmed request. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for loss, claims or costs resulting from your unlawful website use, false information, infringement of another person’s rights or breach of these Terms. This clause does not reduce protections granted to consumers by mandatory law.
12. Privacy and communications
We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a request, you authorise Rushmore and necessary service providers to contact you about that request by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Marketing communication requires any additional consent required by law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or law, disputes relating to website use fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan. Before filing a claim, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed in good faith.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
