Your written confirmation should identify the vehicle or category, rental rate, included services, insurance option, applicable excess or deductible, deposit amount and return arrangements.
Payment and deposit
Rushmore accepts major credit cards except American Express. Depending on the payment method and processor, a security deposit may be charged rather than placed as a temporary hold. The confirmed refund method and expected timing are provided with the rental terms.
Important driving conditions
- A police report is required when damage occurs.
- Insurance does not cover off-road or unauthorised desert driving.
- Keep the rental vehicle on paved roads.
- Ask for the applicable excess before confirming.
Airport return
Return to our office before going to the airport.
At the confirmed return time, bring the vehicle to the Rushmore office for inspection and close-out. After the return process is completed, our team takes you to Queen Alia International Airport. Allow enough time for inspection, transfer and airline check-in.

Is the Rushmore office inside the airport?
No. Rushmore coordinates collection from Departures Gate 5 and takes you to its nearby office, approximately five minutes from the airport.
Is submitting a request a confirmed reservation?
No. The reservation is confirmed only after Rushmore sends written confirmation of availability, rate, coverage, deposit and handover details.
Where do I return the vehicle?
Return the vehicle to the Rushmore office for inspection. The team then takes you to Queen Alia International Airport.
Can I drive the rental car off road?
No. Insurance does not cover off-road or unauthorised desert driving. Keep the vehicle on paved roads.
