Payment and deposit
Rushmore accepts major credit cards except American Express. Depending on the payment method and processor, a security deposit may be charged rather than placed as a temporary hold. The confirmed refund method and expected timing are provided with the rental terms.

Can you arrange airport pickup for late-night flights?
Yes. Airport pickup is available throughout the night by prior arrangement, with no additional late-night pickup fee. Share your flight number and arrival time when requesting your car, and let Rushmore know if your flight is delayed so the team can coordinate your updated pickup time.
What is the fuel policy?
Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you collected it.
What documents should the driver bring?
Bring the driver’s passport and a valid driving licence. Licence and International Driving Permit requirements can vary by issuing country, so confirm your documents with Rushmore before travel.

What is the cancellation policy?
Rushmore’s standard policy allows cancellation at least 48 hours before the confirmed pickup time without a cancellation charge. The written booking confirmation governs your reservation if it states different terms.
